(1) #8 round (Kolinsky Sable if you can afford it) Watercolor Brush
(1) 1" Cat's Tongue Wash Brush
(1) 3/4" or 1" flat brush
Paper:
Arches cold pressed or rough, 140 lb. or 300 lb. (300 lb. paper will not need to be stretched.)
If you choose 140 lb., you can stretch your paper on white Gatorboard (a lightweight, acid free board available at most art stores) with staples and a staple gun.
Another option is to buy an Arches Cold Pressed Watercolor Block, 12"x 16".
