Cancelation Policy

We understand that students may not be able to attend a workshop or class due to a variety of reasons.   Please read the following policies  if you need to withdraw from a workshop or class.  There is a good deal of planning that goes into teaching and hosting workshops and classes. So, in an effort to be fair to teaching artists and meet related class and travel expenses of visiting artists, we must adhere to these policies.

Workshops:  Withdrawal from a workshop 30 days or more before the start date: 50% of the deposit ($150-$200 depending on workshop) is refundable and the remaining 50% is non-refundable.  If you paid in full for a workshop without a deposit, you will receive total fee minus 50% of the workshop deposit.

Withdrawing from a workshop within 30 days of the start date, no refund of the deposit will be made for any reason.

Withdrawing from a workshop within 30 days of the workshop and full payment has been made: No refunds will be given for any reason unless your reserved spot can be filled.   The refund will be class fee minus deposit.  If the workshop has a waiting list, we will make every effort to fill an open spot.

Weekly Classes:   Withdrawing from a weekly class within 7 days of start date: No refunds will be given unless your reserved space can be filled.   Withdrawing from a weekly class after full payment, the student may be able to receive full credit for a future class with the instructor's permission.

If a workshop that you are interested says “Sold Out”,  Please fill out registration form and you will be placed on the waiting list or you may email jeanie at warehouse521@gmail.com to be added to a list. A deposit is not needed to be placed on the waiting list, only when a spot comes available.
