This demo will focus on using a very limited palette when painting. It will consist of seeing value and temperature and how to see and mix for each as they relate to each other. This will be a wonderful demonstration on how to mix the colors that you see in the landscape and when painting from life..
Bio:
Kevin Menck was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. After working as a graphic designer and illustrator for 17 years Kevin met and studied with Jason Saunders who taught Kevin the importance of painting from and studying nature as a means to understanding the fundamentals of painting the landscape. "Out of everything I have done, nature has been my greatest teacher. She is my muse and sense of purpose at the easel." Kevin has been painting now for about 17 years and maintains a studio in Nashville, Tennessee.
