In this contemporary still life workshop, we’ll explore how color relationships, strong shapes, and expressive brushwork can bring everyday objects to life. Through guided demos and hands-on painting, you’ll learn to simplify what you see, loosen up your style, and create work that feels fresh, personal, and full of energy. All levels welcome!

Working with a limited palette, we’ll focus on the fundamentals of color mixing and value relationships to build confident, cohesive paintings. You'll leave with a stronger understanding of how to make bold choices with both color and composition—and have fun doing it.

Instruction is in oils, and acrylic painters are welcome. Ages 15 and above.
