In this workshop we will learn how to set a painting to get coherence and unity using underpainting to create an effective foundation from the very first moment, . We will also explore my particular calligraphy with a special regard to the different ways to use brush strokes, prints, or marks you can get from traditional or new and unexpected tools, to enrich your technical and expressive 'resource box'. We will talk about treating light and color and the importance of drawing from these assumptions as well.'
